Coach Shawna
Coach Shawna is returning for her second year as our head coach. She has 10 years of coaching and 5 years of that as a head coach in Georgia and was the recipient of a 4-year swimming scholarship to a Division I University. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Speech Pathology at the University of Houston. She graduated with bachelor's degree in Intercultural Communications from Florida Atlantic University.
Coach Matt
Coach Matt is returning for his second year as Assistant Coach for Highland Park, and his third year of coaching with CRST. He swam for 11 years at South Ranch and currently attends Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX, where he is majoring in History. Matt is very excited to be a part of the Highland Park Swim team again and looks forward to an exciting summer!
Coach Nic
Coach Nic is returning as an assistant coach for his second year and is extremely excited to be coaching for Highland Park again. Nic swam 10 years for CRST and 2 of those years he swam for Katy Aquatics. When Nic wash't swimming he was playing on the Varsity Soccer Team at Seven Lakes and singing in the Varsity Choir as well as the Show Choir. Along with that, Nic was an active member of the JUMP team at Second Baptist church for 8 years. Nic will begin his junior year in the fall at Texas A&M and is studying to receive a degree in Finance. Nic is looking forward to an awesome season!
