CRST 2010 Survey

Please enter all information and click submit once.  An email will be sent automatically to report your survey information.  Please do NOT include any personal information as we cannot ensure its security.  However, if you would like us to contact you, please provide your swimmer's 2010 identification number (the one written in sharpie on your swimmer's hand at the meet).  Without this information, your response is completely anonymous.

      in CRST, including this season (include all

        improvement for the competitive swimmer.

11.  Registration process:

 

     a. How satisfied were you with the pre
         registration process? (Pre-registration
         includes mailing forms and payment to the
         Registrar and receiving communication from
         the Registrar with instructions for Final
         Registration).

     b. How satisfied were you with the final
         registration process? (Final Registration was
         held on two dates at Fielder Elementary,
         where you picked up your registration packet
         and visited several stations including signing
         up for volunteer commitments before making
         final payment and turning in releases).

     c. What changes would you suggest to
         improve Final Registration?
